NATOA Files Reply Comments in National Broadband Plan Proceeding

NATOA, joined by 33 other communities, coalitions, and associations, filed reply comments with the FCC relating to the National Broadband Plan proceeding. In these reply comments, NATOA responds to industry claims regarding wireless facilities siting, rights-of-way access, telecommunications taxes, and open network/network neutrality issues. The reply comments also reaffirm the essential role of local governments in any National Broadband Plan, and illustrate how local governments are working to speed, not hinder, broadband deployment nationwide.
