Call for Ideas, Topics & Speakers for NATOA’s 2010 Educational Programs and Materials
Don’t Delay - Response
Required by November 13, 2009
NATOA
is committed to providing our members with the highest quality presentations, sessions
and educational materials possible, and your input is essential to our success.
From your submissions and other input on emerging trends in local government
communication needs and interests, NATOA will create an agenda of educational
programs for 2010. In planning the upcoming educational agenda, we would like to
solicit topics, ideas and speaker suggestions for the coming year.
Click
here to complete the form to provide your ideas or suggestions for current
educational content for a specific event, to self-nominate to speak on a
specific topic or to recommend an individual to speak on a specific
topic. Please note that should you recommend a specific topic, you may be
called upon to elaborate on the session description for publication purposes.
All
interested individuals must respond no later than November 13, 2009. Topics, content and
speakers will be selected
based on the perceived value of the subject to the membership and attendees. Speakers
must be qualified to deliver the proposed presentation, and sessions must be
free of commercial promotions. To ensure that a broad range of topics and speakers are presented in all
educational programs, NATOA retains full control over the final development and
selection of speakers and topics.
Don’t miss out on the opportunity to be a part of this
exciting time in our industry and across the nation! Submit your ideas
and/or needs for information; nominate yourself, or someone you know (with
their consent), to speak to our members and guests; help us construct the best
possible educational programs and materials for you! Membership is not
required to participate in this call for ideas/speakers.
Note: Complete contact
information is required for any individual nominated to speak. Each
individual must be willing to provide electronic copies of their presentation
in advance of any program.
