FCC Acts on Wireless Facilities Siting Petition - Legal Explanation and Actions to be taken - December 2nd
This Session will be moderated by Matt Johnson, NATOA’s legal fellow. Speakers for this session will include Ken Fellman, NATOA President and partner in the Denver law firm of Kissinger & Fellman, P.C.  Mr. Fellman is also the former mayor of Arvada, Colorado.  Also speaking at the first session will be Gerry Lederer, an attorney with the Washington D.C. law firm of Miller & Van Eaton P.L.L.C.  Mr. Lederer is a well-known advocate for the rights of public and private property owners with respect to issues of law and policy arising from federal and state communications legislation and regulation.
 
FCC Acts on Wireless Facilities Siting Petition - Practical Impact on the Tower Siting Process - December 4th
This Session will be moderated by Matt Johnson, NATOA’s legal fellow. Speakers for this session will be announced shortly and will include experts in the field of wireless facilities siting and local government officials who have detailed experience in these issues.
