NATOA Joins NLC, NACo, and the U.S. Conference of Mayors in Sending Letter Recommending Members for Intergovernmental Rights-of-Way Task Force

Earlier today, NATOA
joined its sister local government organizations in filing a letter with the
FCC Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau making recommendations for members
to the Intergovernmental Rights-of-Way Task Force that is proposed in National
Broadband Plan.
The Task Force is expected
to operate starting later this year, and the FCC is expected to provide more
information on the structure and workings of the Task Force soon. This
