NATOA filed comments supporting the concept of such a network, but disagreeing with elements of the Commission’s proposed plan. If the Commission is intent on advancing a nationwide public safety broadband plan, it must do so with federal, state and local partners, and as a critical part of a more broad based national broadband policy.
