NATOA and Local Gov’t Partners File NOI Comments
On July 18th, NATOA and its national local government partners – the United State Conference of Mayors, the National League of Cities, the National Association of Counties, the Government Finance Officers Association, the International Municipal Lawyers Association, the American Public Works Association, and the International City/County Management Association – filed comments in the FCC’s Notice of Inquiry proceeding regarding rights-of-way management and compensation.
