Karen White is the Vice President, National Broadband Practice Executive for Michael Baker International and is NATOA’s representative on the U.S. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) SAFECOM Committee. She has 25 years of experience in state and local government, commercial, and public safety telecommunications. Her background includes the planning, design, procurement, or implementation of wireline and wireless broadband systems; public safety land mobile radio communication systems; FirstNet systems and business case analysis; project management; and engineering management in telecommunications. She also has extensive experience in communications software engineering management, requirements analysis, design, and development. Prior to joining Michael Baker, she served as Vice President, Client Solutions for CTC Technology & Energy, where she oversaw state and local engagements with clients spanning the U.S. Earlier in her career, Ms. White held executive leadership and engineering roles with Federal Engineering, Inc. and Motorola Solutions.
