Professional Bio
Lucas is a leader in the wireless industry with over 25 years of experience. Serving as a Director of Government Relations for major players in the industry and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Lucas specializes in bridging the gap between engineering and municipal regulations. Lucas also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the California Wireless Association, advocating for industry legislation, municipal edification, industry trends, and monitoring and guidance on Federal legislation with the FCC.
