Professional Bio
Pedro Hernandez is a motion graphics designer and video producer for the City of Garland, TX. He has a background in traditional art and completed his BFA from Texas A&M Commerce in 2014. Through his training he learned to animate in 2D and 3D programs.
Before forming part of the City of Garland, Pedro did work for a creative media company, there he created design content for web and social media. Pedro has also worked on a variety of freelance work, consisting of graphic design, video explainers, display graphics and AR filters. He strives on finding new ways to tell stories through motion design.
