Professional Bio
Corey Reynolds serves as the General Manager for the Bay Area Regional Interoperable Communications System (BayRICS) Authority, a 12-member Joint Powers Authority representing the San Francisco Bay Area. BayRICS promotes regional communications interoperability and is responsible for planning, policy, and oversight of regional public safety communications projects. Corey comes to BayRICS from the Bay Area UASI where, as Project Manager for Communications and Technology, he administered homeland security grant funds and managed projects to build the region's capabilities in communications and information sharing. From 2007-2012, Corey provided program management support to the Public Safety Communications Research program in Boulder, CO. Corey holds a Master's in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's in Journalism from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
