NATOA Needs Your Input by 1/25: FCC and Digital Video Signal Quality
The FCC is currently considering adopting technical standards for cable operators offering digital video service. NATOA filed comments in the proceeding suggesting some modifications to the FCC’s proposed rules (you can see the comments here). Some cable industry commenters argued there is no demonstrated need for the rules and that there have been no consumer complaints about the quality of digital signals.
In order to demonstrate there is a need for digital standards, NATOA needs you to provide the FCC with any information or anecdotal evidence you have about consumer complaints in your jurisdiction concerning digital video signal quality.
