Storytelling Workshop Cancellation Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or cancellations are permitted. Substitution requests should be emailed to NATOA.
eNATOA Webinar Cancellation Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once purchase is completed. Substitution of sessions is permitted when available. To request a substitution of a session, send an email request to NATOA no later than noon ET on the day of the affected eNATOA session(s). Upon approval of a substitution request, NATOA staff will provide you with confirmation of the change. Be sure to indicate the names of both the existing and the replacement sessions.
Annual Conference Cancellation Policy: Full registration fee minus a 25% service charge will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than August 21, 2023. Full registration fee minus a 50% service charge will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than September 5, 2023. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 5, 2023. Substitutions are permitted and encouraged in lieu of cancellation. You may email your cancellation or substitution request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation.
