Event Cancellation Policy

eNATOA and Webinar Cancellation Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds or cancellations are permitted once purchase is completed. Webinars are often recorded so that they can be viewed later. Substitution of sessions is permitted when available. To request a substitution of a session, send an email request to NATOA no later than noon ET on the day of the affected webinar. Upon approval of a substitution request, NATOA staff will provide you with confirmation of the change. 

Annual Conference Cancellation Policy: Full registration fee minus a 25% service charge will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than June 1, 2025.  Full registration fee minus a 50% service charge will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing no later than July 15, 2025. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after July 15, 2025.  Substitutions are permitted and encouraged in lieu of cancellation.  You may email your cancellation or substitution request to info@natoa.org. You must contact the hotel directly to cancel your hotel reservation.
