Alex is Vice President & State Legislative Counsel of NCTA – The Internet & Television Association. Alex is responsible for NCTA’s state legislative portfolio, analysis of state communications and technology policy and legislation, and for the association’s advocacy and partnerships with various state and local regulatory and intergovernmental organizations. Previously, he was at the Federal Communications Commission, Wireline Competition Bureau, Telecommunications Access Policy Division, most recently as Deputy Division Chief. He is a graduate of William & Mary Law School and Kenyon College.
