Mike Bradley

Mike Bradley is an attorney, with 30 years of experience, practicing in the area of municipal broadband, cable, and telecommunications franchising. He is a partner at Bradley Werner, LLC, a municipal telecommunications law firm with offices in Minneapolis and Chicago. Mike recently negotiated the first broadband franchise in the state of Minnesota. He also also been working with clients develop legislative solutions to protect local franchising and community media. He is admitted to practice before multiple state courts, United States District Courts and Circuit Courts of Appeal, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court. His first NATOA annual conference was in Tucson in 1997.
