Uarporn (Ou) Nopmongcol is San José’s Acting Broadband Officer, leading public–private partnerships and strategies that expand digital infrastructure at scale. She connects data, strategy, and people to streamline broadband deployment, preserve local authority, and unlock digital empowerment for residents and businesses. She also represents San José in regional and national broadband coalitions, advocating for policies and funding that build inclusive, future-ready systems.
