Daniel S. Cohen

Dan Cohen is the principal attorney of the Cohen Law Group. For 28 years, the Cohen Law Group has specialized exclusively in representing local governments in cable, wireless, and broadband matters. The firm, which is located in Pittsburgh, has assisted over 500 local governments in six states in these matters. Prior to starting the firm, Dan served on the Pittsburgh City Council for 12 years. He was Chair of City Council’s Cable Committee and served on the Mayor’s Telecommunication Committee. Dan served on the NATOA Board of Directors from 2107-21 and as Co-Chair of NATOA's Legal & Policy Committee from 2022-23. He also serves on the Board of the Western PA Chapter of the Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF). He graduated from Yale University and Stanford Law School.
