Felicia Carner

Believing in the impact of local government and communication, I joined the City of Dubuque in Iowa as a Multimedia Specialist in August 2021. At the City, I oversee operations of our PEG channel, as well as write, produce, shoot, and edit broadcast and online video content. Prior to joining the City, I worked as Senior Producer for a small production company and later held the position of Marketing Manager for the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium.
