Membership Committee Accomplishments
2025 Accomplishments:

The committee met monthly throughout the last year to come up with ideas and incentives for membership renewals and additions.

The membership committee (in cooperation with our NATOA Board and Chapter Presidents) conducted extensive outreach to all non-renewing members in early 2025 to try to recover those non-renewing members with a high level of success.

We coordinated efforts with the NATOA office to offer incentives for joining or rejoining.

In addition, our Membership Committee conducted and facilitated the annual first-time attendee’s reception at the Annual Conference in 2024 in Charleston, which had great reviews.

The NATOA Membership Committee budget goal was achieved for the second year in a row, so a big thank you to our committee members for their efforts to conduct outreach so willingly.

Membership exceeded projected revenues by $25,000 at midway point of the year
2023 Accomplishments:

Contacting, with the assistance of chapter presidents and the Board of Directors, every 2022 member who had not renewed for 2023 to urge renewal

Presenting orientation session for first-time Annual Conference attendee.

Personal contact, with the assistance of chapter presidents and the Board of Directors, every 2021 member who had not renewed for 2022 and urge renewal

Conducted orientation sessions for first-time Annual Conference attendees
2021 Accomplishments:

Personal worked with HQ in February, March, and April, with the assistance of chapter presidents and the Board of Directors, to contact every 2018 - 2020 member who had not renewed for 2021 and urge renewal

Conducted four virtual orientation sessions for first-time Annual Conference attendees the week prior to the conference
