NATOA Files Motion for Stay in FCC 621 Order

Top Issues,

On October 7, 2019, NATOA filed a Motion for Stay with the FCC asking that they delay the effective date of the cable franchise order until the appeals of the order have been resolved. NLC, USCM, NARC and NATaT joined the motion, which was drafted with the help of many NATOA members and their legal counsel. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the effort.

We have asked the Commission to rule on the motion by October 28th, however, there is no deadline by which the FCC must act.
