2023 Annual Conference, Long Beach, CA
Attendees that wish to use FY2023 funds to pay for their hotel stay may mail a check to the Hyatt Regency in advance. Carefully read and follow the instructions below:
-Attendees will need to provide a credit card when making the hotel reservation to hold the room.
- Checks should be calculated using the current $182 per diem rate. Any additional amount owed after the 2024 per diem rate is determined can be paid upon check-in with a credit card.
- A credit card will need to be provided upon check-in for incidentals.
- A personal check cannot be sent. Checks must be a company or government issued check.
- Mail checks with sufficient time for checks to arrive at the PO Box and be processed to ensure the payment will appear in the Hyatt's system before your arrival.
The check must include the following information so the hotel knows how to apply the payment:
