Please note:  This is an opportunity for NATOA members to provide feedback to NTIA to help inform their implementation of these programs.  This is not a Q&A session with NTIA about how Congress designed these grant programs or how NTIA might implement them.  In other words, NTIA wants to hear from YOU so they can learn from local governments’ experience and better understand issues NTIA should address as it drafts the Notice of Funding Opportunity for these programs.  I have attached an overview of the grant programs and here is a link to NTIA’s Request for Comment (available here) for your reference.
