NATOA Files Comments on E-Rate Bidding Portal

Top Issues,

NATOA filed Reply Comments in the E-Rate Bidding Docket (WC Docket No. 21-455) joining the vast majority of commenters in raising concerns about the Commission’s proposal to establish a bidding portal for E-Rate bids and other bid-related documents.  NATOA’s comments highlight that proposed changes may be inconsistent with E-Rate applicants’ state and local bidding requirements and may unduly complicate the bidding process, thereby hindering E-Rate participation.
