NATOA Files Motion to Join Litigation Challenging FCC's Small Cell Order

NATOA has filed a motion with the DC Circuit Court of Appeals asking to join the litigation challenging the FCC’s September Declaratory Ruling and Third Report and Order limiting local authority over the deployment of small wireless facilities. NATOA will join dozens of local governments and municipal organizations challenging the Order, which will significantly limit local management of, and associated fees for use of, the rights of way and public property in the rights of way by owners of small wireless facilities. We look forward to joining the effort to reverse this unnecessary and harmful Order.
