On July 20, 2020, NATOA, along with USCM, NLC and NACo, filed Reply Comments in the FCC proceeding related to radiofrequency emissions standards. The comments are focused on the need for the Commission to provide local governments with resources to address residents’ concerns about RF emissions given that local governments are preempted from regulating the siting of personal wireless service facilities on the basis of the environmental effects of RF emissions.
