NATOA Files Petition for Reconsideration of FCC's Report and Order re: Excavation and Deployments

NATOA, along with several municipalities and municipal organizations, files a Petition for Reconsideration of the FCC’s November 3, 2020 Report and Order finding that excavation and deployments up to 30 feet outside a tower site will not defeat the application of Section 6409(a) of the Spectrum Act of 2012.  The Order took effect January 4^th.
